Provide first- and second-level network support
Troubleshoot routing, switching, and connectivity issues
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing Critical Issue Management Respond to incidents within defined SLA frameworks
Assist with troubleshooting and escalation
Participate in structured incident response processes Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams
Generate performance and operational reports
