As the IT Systems Manager Techno-Functional Lead, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite ERP and warehouse management system. This role requires deep knowledge of NetSuite, distribution operations, and the ability to enhance workflows across finance, sales, and customer service departments. You will connect our teams to external developers for seamless integration and overall system improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the IT department and external contractors
• Own administration and optimization of NetSuite ERP and WMS
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues impacting inventory and sales
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve fulfillment operations
• Oversee CRM and ERP integrations, enhancing business processes
