Job Description
We have successfully gone live with Oracle NetSuite and are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own and support the platform on an ongoing basis.
This is a critical hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and governance of our NetSuite environment. You will be the primary internal expert ensuring the system remains stable, secure, and continues to deliver value to Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, and our international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact and platform owner for all NetSuite-related matters.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, SSO, and security settings.
- Maintain and enhance system configuration including custom fields, forms, records, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
