Join Telesat as a Senior Application Specialist focusing on Netcracker OSS/BSS in Ottawa or Bethesda. Bring your technical expertise to ensure optimal platform performance and integration.
As part of Telesat's Network Operations department, you will manage and support the administration of Netcracker applications. Your role will involve working closely with both technical teams and business users to enhance workflow and system efficiency. A strong understanding of telecom processes and relational databases will be crucial in this full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Netcracker modules for optimal performance
• Identify and resolve application issues quickly
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Participate in release deployments and manage upgrades
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Netcracker-related queries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 3–5 years of experience with Netcracker applications
