Job Description
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- 5+ years in IT operations, event management, or network monitoring
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, DASH, and at least one of: Netcool/Impact, IBM Network Manager
- Strong understanding of ObjectServer architecture, probe/gateway configuration, and Netcool automation (triggers, procedures)
- Experience with SQL‑like ObjectServer queries and Impact policy language (IPL)
- Familiarity with enterprise network protocols and infrastructure monitoring concepts
