Develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#
Design, optimize, and manage MS SQL Server databases (schema design, query optimization)
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with coding standards
Conduct code reviews and participate in peer review processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues
Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in the full SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment)
Maintain and update technical documentation
Optimize application and database performance
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging .NET technologies
