Job Description
Technical Skills
- DBs: SQL Server 2008 (and above) and Oracle 10g (and above) & SAP Hana.
- Deployment, Activity diagrams using UML.
- Extensive experience in BI Solutions (ETL & Reporting).
- Expert in automating process by creating jobs and error reporting using Alerts, SFTP and SMTP.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts and Data Modelling Techniques.
Roles and Responsibility
- Communicating with Terminal IT Departments to set up data file transfer protocols.
- Automation of the Data Quality Validation jobs.
- Handling performance issues related to above applications.
- Coding, debugging, testing and maintenance of data extraction through Web Services (SDLC).
- Codification and maintenance of the applications to support Master’s data.
- Ensure connectivity with Terminals and ensuring data transmission to central BI platform.
