Contribute to neonatal care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist focused on individualized oxygenation and ventilation. This role emphasizes critical care, teamwork, and patient assessment in high-stakes environments.
Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, the Registered Respiratory Therapist is essential in delivering optimal respiratory support within a family-centered, interprofessional model. This position entails assessing ventilation, initiating airway management, and participating in neonatal resuscitations. Additionally, you will be involved in educating and supervising respiratory therapy students and interprofessional team members.
