Need window insulation installation for drafty bedrooms

I'm looking for a reliable handyman to help improve energy efficiency by installing window insulation in a couple of rooms. The windows are older single-glazed and tend to get very drafty, especially at night. I’d like removable or temporary insulation solutions that are easy to install and remove seasonally. Please include assessment of air leaks, measurement, and any precautions for safety around existing frames. I prefer quiet, meticulous work and a tidy finish. If you offer guidance on maintenance or additional sealing around the sills, that would be great. Availability during weekdays is preferred.
