I'm looking for a skilled IT person to help with a basic office setup and ongoing support. The job involves setting up a new workstation, installing essential software, configuring printers and network access, and ensuring secure Wi-Fi for a small team. I also need help with user accounts, basic troubleshooting, and a quick audit to identify potential performance or security improvements. Preference for someone who can explain steps clearly and be available for occasional remote support as well as on-site visits. Comfortable working with Windows and macOS, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
