Job Description
ND/BScFood Sc/Food & Nutr./Meat Inspection/Q.A./QMS; HACCP;Food Safety/FSSC/BRC. Must have good communication skills/able to liaise professionally with abattoirs/factory teams/QSRs/work to standards/SOPs/ attention to detail. Must understand FSMS/QMS in a factory/conduct structured product evaluations/compile clear/accurate reports/be prepared to travel nationally. Advantageous to know animal welfare standards/their application in meat processing/exp. working with QSRs in a customer-facing technical role/familiar with environmental monitoring programmes/ISO 14 000/Listeria controls. Must have 1-3 years exp. source/approve raw materials/conduct supplier/abattoir visits/compliance regulatory/QMS/FSMS/animal welfare audits/SQA/ support supplier QA of specs/animal welfare criteria/standards to meet customer requirements/support QC/QA at factory level/monitor/maintain/CI production procedures/GMP/docs control/audit preparation of processed meats/ polonies/Viennas/audit products at take-away...
