As a National Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving growth and optimizing daily sales to achieve our ambitious strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts across clinics throughout the country, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales .
• Train, motivate, and mentor both Sales and Medical teams in our clinics.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth sales processes, execution, and conversion.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standardized procedures across all locations.
• Provide ongoing training and develop educational materials for clinic staff.
• Monitor sales metrics to meet quality standards.
• Proactively and reactively implement contingency plans to address challenges in visit volumes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
