We're seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Wexford, Pennsylvania. This is an in-office position for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping projects organized from start to finish.
As the Project Coordinator, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle—from sourcing vendors and securing competitive bids to preparing proposals, coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and managing project closeout for commercial paving projects.
Working closely with our sales, operations, and field teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
