PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

National OPEX Capability Development attracts, retains & grow talent by investing in development and implementing a winning culture through Supply Chain Academy Program, the position expected to improve Supply Chain Team’s Capability especially in core technical by developing technical training program, module development and training implementation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Performance Management

· Lead Supply Chain Academy development across Supply Chain Function (Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, EHS and CS&L)

· Aligning with stakeholders to create SCA Framework in their respective functions
