Job Description
The Position: The Government of Rwanda, through the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Rwanda
Biomedical Centre (RBC), is preparing the Global Fund Grant Cycle 8 (GC8)
program continuation application for HIV, TB, and Malaria for the 2027โ2029
period. The application aims to sustain and accelerate progress toward national
and global targets while addressing persistent programmatic gaps and inequities.
