Job Description
E-Xhale seeks a Commercial Operations Manager to lead end-to-end commercial performance across South Africa and Southern Africa. You will own sales operations, national distribution, profitability, and key B2B relationships with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to the Managing Director.
The role requires senior commercial experience, strong CRM and financial acumen, and the ability to build scalable processes in a growth-stage business. National travel is required.
