Qualifications & Experience
Electronic Engineering (Preferred)
5 years of experience
Problem solving skills, Statistical knowledge (DOE, ANOVA, etc.)
Black Belt or Green Belt (Preferred)
Equipment Experience & Design
Printer Machine, Oven profiler, AOI, SPI
Define & analyze oven profiles
DFM, VALOR, CAD, AEGIS, CAMCAD, PCB investigator
Stencil design
Solder paste specification knowledge
Knowledge of PCB finished & component composition
Parts approval process
Responsibilities
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‐assemblies and final assemblies.
Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
