Job Description
Overview
We are looking for sales professionals for our stores in Kokkola and Kaustinen who want to develop as part of a close‑knit multidisciplinary team. This role combines comprehensive customer service, expertise, and the offering of high‑quality products and services.
Working Conditions
Working hours: 30 hours/week, permanent employment. Shifts are scheduled according to store opening hours. The workplace is at the Kokkola stores.
Salary
Retail TES table salary (B) plus fair target bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in frame and lens selection and complete sales transactions from order to finalization.
- Welcome customers arriving for doctor and optician appointments.
- Hand over ready‑made glasses and perform small repairs.
- Book appointment times according to customer needs.
