Job Description: Retail Operations Coordinator
The Retail Operations Coordinator serves as the vital backbone of our retail division, acting as the primary bridge between our field retail teams and corporate functions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across our boutique and counter network by managing critical retail systems, optimizing inventory, delivering actionable analytics, and maintaining tight financial oversight. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities- Retail Operations & Systems Management: Primary liaison between the field retail team (Boutique/Counter Managers) and other corporate functions (IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain).
- Systems Administration: Manage day-to-day retail systems and operations, specifically focusing on POS (Point of Sale), StoreForce, Cegid, and other related retail applications.
