Job Description
Role Objective:
To drive business growth within the assigned territory by effectively managing sales targets, channel partners, market penetration initiatives, and influencer engagement, in alignment with company strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: ย Drive revenue growth across assigned product lines and customer segments within the territory.
- Payment & Credit Management:ย Ensure timely payment collections in accordance with MYKL's credit policies and procedures.
- Channel Expansion: ย Identify and onboard high-potential retail outlets in existing and new markets to expand distribution footprint.
- Channel Partner Development: ย Manage and grow existing primary and secondary channel partners. Enable partners to achieve sales targets through consistent engagement and support.
