Job Description
IT Systems Implementation Engineer – Data Integration, Analytics & Agentic AI Solutions (Full Time, Hybrid – MX)
Reports to: Director of Product Implementation and Enablement.
As an IT Systems Implementation Engineer you will serve as the technical delivery owner for subscriber‑facing integration and AI implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Subscriber Engagement & Technical Discovery
- Serve as the primary technical implementation contact for Subscriber IT teams across integration, analytics, and AI deployment engagements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to elicit, document, and validate integration and automation requirements.
- Build trusted working relationships with Subscriber stakeholders ranging from IT managers and system administrators to enterprise architects.
- Translate complex, ambiguous customer requirements into clear and actionable engineering specifications.
