Summary This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Fitness, Sports, and Deployed Forces Support Branch; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. Incumbent serves as a Program Manager in the Branch and assists with the oversight of Fitness Programs. Responsibilities Assists in planning and implementing a comprehensive, fitness program, for active and retired military, authorized civilians, contractors, and dependents at one or more facilities. Program includes personal training, group exercise, fitness incentives, and Navy physical readiness program. Provides guidance to all Fitness Center staff in the absence of the Fitness Director. Plans, organizes and conducts fitness specific conditioning sessions, fitness assessments, clinics or seminars to train patrons.
