Job Description
DUTIES
:Reports to the Director of Morale, Well-being, and Recreation (MWR) at the Community Services Command in Chesapeake, Virginia. Supports Director of MWR in all aspects of MWR program management.
Develops, maintains, revises, and provides review of MWR Commandant instruction manuals, instructions, and other policies supporting the MWR program. Submits for clearance and signature as needed. Monitors, researches, and recommends policies, procedures, and plans in response to U.S. Code, Congressional legislation, Executive Orders, regulations of other Government departments (DHS, OMB, USCG, and Department of Defense), and other industry practices.
Provide interpretations and explanations of NAF policies, Federal regulations, and CG policies to Command and field personnel. Develops plans to ensure alignment and efficiencies with existing CG program offices to maximize MWR support across the service.
