Summary This position is located at the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Program Office (CNRWS). Incumbent is responsible for the complete coordination of design, criteria, planning, and construction of appropriated and non-appropriated funded projects and management of all facilities assigned to MWR including management and supervision of work to keep building and capital equipment in good repair, developing and managing construction of in-house self-help construction projects. Responsibilities 1. As Project Manager for design or other engineering services, the incumbent performs administrative and technical project management. As Project Manager for projects performed in-house (MWR), ensures that siting and concept planning are compatible with the activity master plan.
