Job Responsibilities

Murex CEM Lead owns the end‑to‑end management of non‑production and production environments and the controlled promotion of configuration and releases across environments for a large Murex program. The role ensures environments are stable, compliant, and fit‑for‑purpose for development, testing, cutover, and BAU.

Key Responsibilities

• Environmental strategy & governance: Define and maintain the environment landscape (DEV/SIT/UAT/Pre‑Prod/Prod/DR) and own environment governance (scheduling, booking/conflict management, test window coordination, and communications).
• Provisioning & readiness management: Coordinate environment provisioning with infrastructure/platform teams (servers, storage, network, OS hardening, certificates) and track capacity and performance needs; manage scaling and environment refresh cycles.
