Job Description
Serve justice as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Brampton. Conduct prosecutions, appeals, and provide legal services while representing the City at various hearings.
As a vital part of the prosecutions team, you will assist the Manager of Prosecutions by managing cases from initiation through resolution. Your role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with courts and municipal staff. You will also handle cases in Small Claims Court and represent the City at administrative tribunals.
Key Responsibilities:
