Job Description
Municipal Contract Administrator
Stantec's Infrastructure group provides planning, design and construction administration services for municipal infrastructure (water main, storm, sanitary), roadway, road rehabilitation, transit/rail, bridge and related projects. This position will be based in the Markham office and will conduct fieldwork in the greater Toronto area, traveling as required.
This role will play a lead role in the delivery of inspection services with municipal clients and offers potential for growth in technical/career development and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site meetings and issue minutes.
- Organize and control work to administer medium to large contracts.
- Ensure work on contracts proceeds according to plans, procedures, contract specifications and quality.
- Check contract documents and review design for obvious errors.
