Multimedia Visual Creative – Jem – Cape Town
Jem is a fast‑growing HR‑tech scale‑up building tools for frontline teams, now supporting just under 200,000 frontline employees across South Africa. We’re looking for a mid‑level creative to own the brand’s visual design, video, and multimedia storytelling.
What success looks like
- Jem content is consistently sharp, on‑brand, and fast to deliver
- Video becomes a core in‑house capability (customer stories, event content, employee experience)
- Creative production is meaningfully faster through AI‑enabled workflows
- Marketing and Revenue teams rely on you as a high‑impact creative partner
- Jem’s visual identity is clearly elevated across all channels
What you’ll do
