High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Five years or more construction project management experience, ideally in multifamily or commercial projects
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or through company applications
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Regular exposure to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places and risk of electrical shock. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred
