Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Multi trader to join our clients Void Team, carrying out high-quality repairs and refurbishment work to vacant social housing properties. You’ll take pride in delivering work to a high standard, working efficiently, safely, and with a commitment to providing quality homes for our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a wide range of repairs and refurbishment works to void social housing properties.
Undertake multi-trade repairs, including plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating, and carpentry
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits
