Job Description
Our client is looking for a multi skilled Van driver / Operative who will be mainly working out of Southampton but will assist in covering two more branches in Slough and Croydon.
The Job is permanent and full time and will have quite a bit of variety
The company will give any specific training you require.
This is what a typical working day looks like:
- The normal working day will be approx 6 to 8 am start and finish would be around 4pm
- You will work as part of a team accepting, inspecting and organising stock for the branch
- You will help to organise delivery routes and load up vehicles in the correct order with the correct stock
- Whilst delivering you will also collect or move stock from the required locations for the fitters to complete their jobs
- When not on the road you will be talking to customers on the phone taking orders.
