Overview
1-Month Contract Role with a Local Authority. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in kitchen fitting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, and general multi-trade repairs. Responsibilities
- Carry out refurbishment and maintenance work within void social housing properties.
- Install and repair kitchens, including units, worktops, and associated fixtures.
- Complete wall and floor tiling to a high standard.
- Fit and repair various types of flooring.
- Undertake carpentry repairs and installations, including doors, frames, locks, skirting boards, and kitchen units.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations.
