Contract: Full Time Permanent
Annual salary up to £33,174.23 per annum, plus company van & fuel card.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8‑5 Monday‑Friday)
About the role
We are looking for a versatile Multi‑Skilled Operative to support a busy responsive repairs contract in Folkestone. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you will deliver high‑quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, ensuring residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well cared for.
You will work across occupied properties, responding to day‑to‑day repair requests including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and more. Your ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and deliver excellent customer service is essential.
