Recruiting: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £46-50k
Shifts: Days only
Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing engineering team. Open to engineers from a variety of manufacturing backgrounds. While an electrical bias is preferred, mechanically biased engineers with strong fault‑finding skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Ensuring maximum machine uptime and reliability
Requirements
- Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work as part of a team
