**Description:**
You will be the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Manufacturing Operations team which is responsible for overseeing repair activities on F‑22 and F‑35 platform edges.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics, managing schedules and costs, and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise and lead a team of mechanics to perform various repair orders for F‑22 and F‑35 platforms.
+ Forecast completion dates and costs for multiple customer repair orders and track performance against schedule and budget.
+ Implement process improvements and resolve constraints to maintain weekly and monthly production cadence.
+ Coordinate with support groups to eliminate work‑stoppage risks and ensure smooth workflow.
