Overview
The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Sales is an entry-level role designed to develop future sales leaders at Skyland Engineering. The MTO will work closely with the Business Development team to identify potential clients, support pitching and presentation activities, manage client relationships, and conduct field outreach. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are energetic, client-focused, and ambitious to build a career in business development and sales.
