It is the architecture of who gets in, who stays, and what culture gets built. This role requires you to stretch and bring your A game from day 1. No exceptions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management
• Draft and maintain HR policies, onboarding SOPs, and people operations documentation
• Support org development: culture surveys, engagement tracking, team structure work
• Use Claude to draft JDs, synthesize interview feedback, build onboarding flows, and remove busywork from HR ops
• Handle sensitive employee conversations with discretion, empathy, and follow-through
