1. Metrology & Inspection Support

  • Operate metrology tools such as CD-SEM, overlay, thin film, and defect inspection systems to monitor process parameters and collect data.
  • Assist in setting up measurement programs and adjusting parameters; perform preliminary analysis and report anomalies.
