Liposomes & rhabdomyosarcoma Kompetenzen Developed drug-loaded liposomes for the synergistic chemotherapy of
rhabdomyosarcoma
• Formulated and characterized DSPC-Chol-PEG liposomes loaded with vincristine (VCR) and actinomycin d (dAct), either individually or coencapsulated
• Evaluated encapsulation efficiency, drug loading, mean diameter, polydispersity index, and zeta potential of liposomes.
• Performed in vitro evaluation on RMS cell lines (RD, Rh30, and Rh4) to assess cytotoxicity and determine IC50 values
• A key achievement was identifying concentration-dependent synergy in drug treatments
