Job Summary
The MRO Weekend Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing technicians, equipment, and other resources needed on the dedicated weekend shift to complete individual corporate aircraft projects to ensure the safe completion of work within compliance of 14 CFR Part 145 standards.
This person will be responsible for ensuring the technicians use appropriate current technical data, and all aircraft/component work orders scheduled for completion by their assigned personnel falls within the limits of Western Aircraftβs certified repair station ratings. They will also be responsible for ensuring quality & safety standards are met.

+ Works with the Service Manager to perform annual team personnel reviews and monitors disciplinary actions put in place by the service manager to improve performance
