Job Description:

1. 신규 프로젝트 회의 참여, 제품 양산성 확인(PMP system내 LRC,R-FMEA,R@R, SLP) 및 초기 유동 관리.

2. 4M 변경 초도품 관리, QIP 제정/개정, Customer limit(한도견본) 및 검사 측정기 확인.

3. 부적합품 격리 및 containment action, 출하금지 요청, 공정발생 불량분석 및 SAP Q-Notification 발행(폐기, Rework, 특채 등)

4. CoPQ analysis - VSM Meeting Leading, Improvement leading, Daily CoPQ update 및 TRC/MRC 분석

5. 사내 불량 발생에 대한 원인 분석, 개선 활동 F/UP, PPSR 주관.

6. 고객 불만 발생 시, 8D problem solving과 함께 문제 원인 분석 및 개선활동.

7. 고객/내부 공정 감사 및 SYSTEM audit 고객대응, 개선활동 및 유효성 검증 follow up.

8. 작업자/검사자 교육 훈련(Mind Set / Quality Mind Level up), 품질 이슈 사항 재발 방지 교육.

9. Inspector Skill Level up , 품질교육 및 lesson learned 공유.
