Job Description
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the MP&L team, reporting directly to the ME Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring workstation ergonomics, planning and executing the annual efficiency plan, applying lean manufacturing tools, driving problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting production, quality, and cost objectives, as well as actively participating in new model launch processes.
Responsibilities Participate as an active member of the Local Ergonomics Committee. Conduct ergonomic evaluations of workstations and follow up on stations flagged as red and ergonomic complaints. Perform annual ergonomic evaluation of 100% of workstations. Define stations suitable for pregnant employees and individuals with disabilities.
