Job Description
Qualifications
- At least a graduate of any four-year or five-year course, or possess a relevant vocational certification.
Minimum of five (3) years of experience in motorpool operations, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to manage and direct the work of skilled mechanics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Willing to be assigned in Agusan, Cagayan de Oro City
