Job Description
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform canvassing of vehicle purchases from reputable suppliers
- Monitor requisition and ensure timely delivery of vehicular acquisition orders from suppliers
- Perform the inspection of new motor vehicle acquisitions, observing good performance standards
- Manage and monitor fleet fuel consumption in the fleet cards, review the process of fuel requisitions, and implement approved controls to prevent fuel pilferage and other anomalous transactions
- Analyze records on consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other costs, then come up with proposals for cost-effective measures
- Outsource and negotiate with accredited suppliers for the repair and maintenance of vehicles
