Overview

Location: Carros Centre (Nearest MRT: Kranji MRT)

Working days: Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities

• Handle motor accident reporting and claims processes
• Advise customers on accident claims procedures and repair solutions
• Prepare repair estimates, quotations, and invoices
• Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors, and workshops
• Coordinate with technicians on repair progress
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience (insurance / automotive)
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance claims
• Good communication and customer handling skills
