Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MOT Inspector to join a busy automotive operation in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established workshop environment, working as part of a skilled mechanical team.


The Role:

  • Carry out MOT tests in line with current DVSA regulations

  • Conduct road tests and ramp inspections where required

  • Ensure all vehicles are prepared to a high standard for customer delivery

  • Accurately complete all job cards and associated documentation

  • Support general workshop duties as required

  • Work closely with the wider team to meet daily targets and deadlines

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified MOT Tester (essential)

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role
