The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a National Consultant to lead a Most Significant Change (MSC) Study under the CGIAR Food Frontiers and Security Science Program. The consultant will design and facilitate the MSC process for the Vendor Business School (VBS) in Quezon City, documenting the program's outcomes and impacts through stakeholder engagement, qualitative analysis, and knowledge product development. The assignment will generate evidence to support future scaling and policy engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the MSC methodology.
• Facilitate MSC workshops with project stakeholders.
• Organize and analyze qualitative data collected during the study.
