Job Description
Compiles information and takes each file from application submission to loan approval, while assisting as needed for closing and loan purchase.
Processes all mortgage loans in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including accurate entry of loan application information in the MortgageBot and other software or online systems.
Utilizes checklists to organize, request, and prepare all essential documentation for the mortgage loan file.
Communicates directly with the customer to obtain the information and/or documentation necessary to make a loan decision.
Orders flood certification. Notifies the customer and Loan Officer if the property flood zoning is questionable.
Coordinates the ordering of mortgage appraisals from the Appraisal Department and assists with supplying any documentation needed to that department.
