Paz Montessori is seeking a proactive and dedicated Elementary Classroom Assistant to support our Montessori Primary environment for children aged 9 to 12 years . This role is idóneo for someone with experience in 3rd to 6th-grade primary education or secondary education , with a passion for learning and growing in the Montessori methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lead guide in managing a multi-age classroom environment.
• Assist children in their daily activities and lessons.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Observe and document children's progress under the lead guide's direction.
• Participate in ongoing training and internal guidance on Montessori principles.
