Job Description
We are looking to recruit two full‑time, fixed‑term Monitors for our BSB Castelldefels campus to start in September 2026.
This position plays a key role in ensuring students’ safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour throughout the school day, with the following key accountabilities:
- Supervise and support students during lunchtime, promoting healthy eating habits, good hygiene, and positive behaviour.
- Ensure student safety and wellbeing during break times through active playground supervision and encouragement of inclusive play.
- Oversee students on the school bus, ensuring safe, orderly behaviour during boarding, travel, and disembarking.
- Support teachers and students throughout the school day, including transitions, wraparound care, personal care, and assistance with individual student needs.
